I designed and illustrated Out of Control: Retrain the Three Systems That Quietly Run Your Life by Tobias Ammann. My work covered the cover, interior illustrations, typography and page layouts. The task was to organise the book’s ideas about emotions, habits and self-perception into a readable publication, using illustration to support the explanations throughout the chapters.
